    Other than the heat exchanger the fit kit is full of parts that can be sourced from your local parts store or easily made. And I'm sure you can get a exchanger from someone made to spec. BUT no dealer warranty since you're not using OEM parts. The fit kit is way overpriced for what comes in it. I had both a FJ fit kit and Tacoma at the same time and the parts are very similar. You could probably use a FJ kit and mod a couple things.

    AEM Uego works good for me. Only downside i just found on it is that it only goes down to 10, and ive been flat lining at 10 a couple times, so i know that means my AFR is in the high 9's. Ugh, pig rich TRD tunr

    Back to Nelson Racing, watch some of his vids and look at the AFR. He goes rich too. I'd like to talk to a tuner to understand why the default is so rich. I thought staying close to 14.7 was always max power.

    Yea. But over 14.7 and you burn up the engine. Id be happy being in the 11s and 12s. Hoping headers and pulley will bring it up a lil bit more. Then ill get a dyno and see where im at

    Lean is 14.7 and higher, rich is 14.7 and lower. 14.7 is the like...perfect mixture.

    I have no means of tuning at the moment, since Im not ready to splice into my ECU, so all i can do is bolt stuff on and hope it leans out a little more. I mean, sitting at 10 and 11 AFR is so much wasted gas and HP, but at the expense of not blowing up my new truck lol

    It will add boost and lean you out a little bit. Ill be installing the stealth pulley next week, ill let ya know. Im at least expecting to not dip below 10 anymore

    Yeah, I think the pulley is a must now. Well get more out of that then the headers. Are you convinced we need the fuel pump? If so why? Toyota tech thinks the stock pump is solid. I have no real data to work with.

    Billstein 5100s set at 2.5 in the front,2in AAL in the rear with 5100s
    on my evo. I tuned it for 11.2/11.4 on pump gas. Cruise afr I'm between 14.5-15.5. On e85 I tuned it for 11.8-12.0. Cruise afr is the same as pump. I have gone as lean at 12.5-12.8 with no effect on the motor. It also did not make any more power. 11.8-12.0 is where the car makes the most power.
    After I get my supercharger installed I'm going to install an APR X1 and turn my afr to 11.4/11.5 under full load and cruise afr 14.5/15.2. Should see a jump in power and mpg

    Pretty fond of these myself.

    I've used the AEM UEGO as well, but these to me react slightly quicker and are a little more accurate. The range is also goes sub 10 down to 7.35 so you know exactly how rich you're going. Nonetheless, can't go wrong with either AEM or Innovate Motorsports.

    The most difficult part of AFR gauge installs is having the bung welded on the pipe. I believe AEM makes a weld-free kit for bungs just for those instances too. Just needs power and ground like any aux electronic thing you add to your truck.
