    Will this cause any issues?

The over load was suppose to be removed but the dealer for some reason ignored what I advised them of. Will the overload break the button ends that home the teflon inserts for the AAL?

If you asked for no O/L I would take it back and ask them to fix it, to give you what you asked for.

As is, the O/L will engage far sooner than it should because the clips will make contact before the bottom of the AAL. I think that will ride shitty if you load it up or hit a good whoop.

It's not bad but it's not what I asked for.

    Will this damage anything?

I dont see it doing anything other than smashing the bottom of the insert that sticks out, if you ever get it to bow down that far. At worst, you will just get some noise if the insert comes out.

What brand of AAL is that? It looks shorter than the Wheelers AAL I have, and the Wheelers insert screw is flush with the bottom of the leaf.

This is the All-Pro AAL. It is suppose to be run without the overload, which is outlined on their site. I also specified the overload is to be removed with these springs.

No big deal. Dealer is removing them now.

I didnt see that last little leaf, I was looking at the 3rd one down. Whoever installed that with the overload in should not be working on vehicles.

I politely offered my opinion and requested that it be taken care, and they did do that.

I showed them the instructions as well, where it specifically says these springs replace the factory overload.

Now it's fixed - all squishy n' such, as advertised.

Here is the All-Pro AAL without the overload with about a 400 lb load and without the load:
