    tried it today and got a good workout. it's a non stimulant so you can take it late at night or stack it with a stimulant.

    The only Stim Free I've tried was from Transparent Labs.

    Their formulas look pretty good to me.

    Yeah I work out late at night most of the time and when I take a pre-workout it fucks up my sleeping schedule so this is perfect for me. Then on days I lift during the day I can stack it with a stimulant.

    I did intermittant fasting for a while and it did prove to me that there is no 'anabolic window' and that you can eat whenever the hell you want. I don't think there are any benefits to it, though.

    I have got to try Pre Gym...I have heard nothing but good about it.

    I need some workouts for my inner thigh/groin/hip flexors. I've started playing flag football again and I've got no lateral movement after like 3 plays. Just run around feeling like at any moment something is going to get torn. My gym doesn't have that fly machine that chicks use or I would be all over it. You know, the one that when a guy uses it he just stares at the floor hoping not to lock eyes with anyone
