I am starting a new career as an EMT. 15 years as an IT guy was killing me. So I decided to change it up.

I have been unemployed since Jan 14th, I start back to work on Monday. Going to be commenting to Payson every week.

But you have been here a long time.

My wife and I are both AZ natives. I have moved away three times and I keep moving back. I love AZ but I hate Phx! My wife's job is here and so is my step-son, so I doubt we will get to escape this place any time soon.

I hear ya there. Pretty much my whole family has migrated here as well. The summers make me hate it here but the rest of the year is perfect and makes you forget how horrible the summers are.

I am starting to hate the summers even with the winters. I miss snow and a day or weekend trip isn't filling the gap anymore. I have my wife convinced to move to colder country, but with her work that my be into a different state instead of just up north.

Is it just me or does any one else search the inter web for truths when they are watching a movie based on true events?

I am spending more time on TW and reading about the real Wyatt Earp than watching the movie.

Didn't pass. :( have been told a sure fire way to pass it. Write all 400+ questions and the answer for each and study that. Seems like a better way than going on qrz.net to study. I do have a radio though. I know what antenna, mount and cable to get. If I pass before my mom, I will take on my dad's call sign.

Get the Gordon West audio book and listen to it, I used him for my General and am using him now for my extra.
