I'd think it would be very late in the model year if they offer one for 2016 at all. The pro info for the 4Runner and Tundra is already out.

I think Toyota will introduce the TRD PRO in about a year. After the initial sales rush is over. They won't be able to make enough Tacomas until sometime next year to keep up with demand.

    My top pick color
Can't go wrong with silver sky
It can go years and years without scratches and swirls (noticeable enough to bother)
Besides in my opinion silver makes a car look more like a high end vehicle.

Until you get in an accident or someone dings your truck and they repaint one panel, that color is near impossible to blend. My 2011 while deployed got a rock to the pass door, never looked right at certain angles and went to a 5 star shop.

Smart, let them work out some bugs, not sure if you'll see a front end refresh for the regular models but hopefully the trd pro will have a more palatable grille.

Agreed. It's my first truck. I have to at least see what they do for the Pro. Just an extra winter in the WRX.

Well that happens with pretty much every color, the fade by the weather elements of the original paint against fresh paint its going to be hard to blend, thats why shops paint a whole front end if you only have a fender to be replaced.

A paint guy will tell you silver is the worst because trying to make it match from factory is near impossible. Reason I didn't buy a 2015 silver sky.

but then you will have to decide on a 1 yr old 3rd gen Tacoma or a brand new 6th gen 4runner :)

I would buy a 2016 in Timberland Mica. It would look good in a Limited trim with that brown leather.
