Have searched multiple threads no situations. My 09 has a death wobble 45+ mph felt in floor, gas pedal, and especially steering wheel. If I let the steering wheel go it visibly shakes left to right within 1" each way violently. I've replaced lower ball joints And both wheel bearings with no success.

Have noticed steer rack has a little play when I inspected it, but very minimal I wouldn't suspect it to cause a vibe this bad

How long has it been since you've rotated your tires?

Rotated 2 days ago, and have not lost a weight, I also have 35" so I expected a little vibe but it's never done this before

Yup was occurring prior to rotation, it felt a little bit better but nothing substantially better

I know the steering rack bushing is going out but would it cause the vibe to be felt in my feet and on the floor

I replaced the lowers, uppers could possibly be worn? And i live in a REALLY crappy dirt road and I may or may not drive like an ahole down it! I'm sure that's a contribution

Did you do the rotation, or a tire place. Any time a tire place touches my truck, I have to take it home lift it up and undo and retorque the lugs myself. The problem was worse when I had aftermarket wheels, but I still have some shake each time. They tighten everything in a hurry and the lugs seat slightly off center. I tighten in a star pattern to 30 (snug with 4 way), 60 (tight with 4 way) and then final torque ( I run mine a hair over spec - 100). Before I realized the problem, I would return multiple times to have the tires rebalanced with them telling me they are balanced.

I'm not sure if 17lbs over is considered a 'hair over spec' :D just saying

I've suffered with this for almost 2 years now.. EXACT same symptoms. So maybe you will find the issue and report back. Mine started one day out of the blue. I was driving home from work hit 55 and felt like I was going to die.

replaced upper and lower ball joints, uca's, tires multiple times, road force balance, increase , decrease psi, balanced i don;t know how many times. alignments, Pretty much everything you have. About two months ago it actually didn't shake for a while. Then it came back after another rotate and balance. I'm going to try the lugnut trick first. If that doesn't work then I am going to replace the steering knuckle.
