    Isn't that still quite a bit for a 3 year old tent? It looks like it is in the Snohomish County region.

    A new Kukenam is $1,200 with $150 flat shipping. There have been quite a few upgrades over the last 3 years.

    Yeah i'd offer $650 and settle for no more than $750 maybe. Really depends on how good of shape its in, if it has the anti condensation mat, etc...

    I was next in line for one in Fairview for $115, but it sold.

    This one popped up for $120, I emailed the guy 20 min. after listing it and he didn't respond until 3 days later and said he was getting offers for $150, and it was pending sale (that was 2 days ago).

    I told him good luck with that, call me when they flake out and you don't sell it. I hate CL sellers sometimes.

    Nope those don't come with an annex. I think you can buy them separately but honestly I wouldn't. I like my annex but for that one you'd have to go outside the tent, down the ladder and then in the annex. Not like mine where the annex surrounds the ladder.
