so basically i will prolly be getting a new mac. a laptop and giving my 20 inch imac to my parents. they are finally going to make the switch and i was wondering. What should i do? i have a nice tv a vizio 32 inch full hd tv that i love. and i could just get a mini display port to hdmi adapter and it could plug into my tv. or i could get a new display for a home setup like a 23 inch samsung or something. im not sure what to do.

I would go with another monitor in case you want to watch TV the same time you are on your computer. But thats just me bro!!;)

but i could just open the laptop and it has a 13 inch screen. i just want to see if like running a dual screen would be better with a monitor on my desk? or i i should just use my tv ocasionally

Yea I got a 37" full hd Vizio and a 52" full hd Samsung. Samsung looks a lot better but the prices of the Vizios you cant beat!! And their pictures arent that bad!!;)

No. But, my ex gf's dad got one for xmas from his wife and hates it. my current gf's parents have one, and the HD is nothing close to my 26" samsung. You only have to pay about $100 more for quality... oh, and I work for Best Buy =]

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
Theres a difference between asking for an opinion and not liking the response and insulting someone.

I agree vizios still have not won me over yet. My roommate has one and every minute or two there are black squares all over the screen.

edit: between me and my roommates there are 2 samsungs and 2 vizios in my house. The vizio owners both regret there purchase.
