What kind of work? It really depends, you have an accident repair? Want parts painted? The whole truck? Need car show quality?

You're kinda stuck here. First off no decent body shop will touch it. The reason is money. They make more money doing insurance work. For example one fender and blend into both surrounding panels is about $1,200. So now times that by 4 and add the roof and bumper and you get the picture. So if you called ACME the answer would be $6,000 or $8,000 to start but they'd most likely just wouldn't even bother with a quote.

Your best bet is to find someone who can spray and then rent a booth over night or on a Sunday etc. This is the best and sadly sometimes only way to do a complete paint job without getting a Shitty tape the glass and tires $499 Earl Scheib / Maaco special.

Well this goes into the labor plus other revenue opportunities argument. Sure you can buy a new one cheaper that a robot paints, body shops make their coin billing insurance companies.

This is the one that I'm currently running. Haven't given me any trouble, but that's me driving from Ewa Beach to the airport everyday. It'll cut off for a moment when going under the viaduct but then the signal automatically comes back on.
