DO they take you in the woods for a hunt or is it all classroom work

I did the one day turkey class and it was some classroom, then they did stations. One station was on scouting and setting up your blind, one was shooting where they helped you pattern in your shotgun and the last station was calls. The 3 day turkey class that I didn't get into, the last day was a mentored hunt so I'm hoping that's the case with the deer class also.

 

Don't let your boot or foot get in the way of work I wear steel toe Chips when I cut for that same reason.

Damn, I miss running my saw and that smell!

 

Those are Chip steelies too. I've never kissed a boot with the saw before, but I always wear the steel toes just in case.

 

Sounds like a good deal.
Spring turkey is my favorite season lately.

My new snowblower was delivered to the house today. I bought it online at snowblower direct, no tax and free delivery.

Mass Wildlife does a lot of neat classes. On top of the learn to hunt classes, they do a survival class, a compass class and a few others. All free, just sign up. I plan to take the compass and survival courses soon.

What kind and if your doing a turbo isn't that kind of a waste?
