    Do you guys think its absolutely necessary to take off the leaf pack completely to add in the D6XL aal for the dakars or could I jest unbolt my axle leaving the pack on the hangers?

    The leaves are slightly different. Mine had the serial number then an a or b at the end for left and right

    I took out the aal and it was pretty easy and straight forward. Just make sure you clamp near the center pin so it doesn't pop when you take out the center pin completely.

    Thanks bud!:) I figured it would be easier to ask you then dig through this thread for a previous post. These are exactly what I'm looking for to fill the gap between the bumper and bar on my rig. I'm also looking at adding some hood mounted ditch lights to give me some width. After doing a night run on Saturday... in the rain... I quickly learned the OEM headlights are terrible.
