SoCal shops for LT Kits

just moved to SoCal, and want some shop suggestions for a TOTAL CHAOS LT kit with new front fenders and either shock relocators, or a bed cage for the rear

All reputable shops in SoCal (I think)

 

I went through @Dirt King Fab they walked me through every question I had before purchase and the guys there are extremely good at what they do

 

what did you guys pay and what was done?

 

Dirt king is also very reputable, and makes some stout products.

 

LSK Is in san dimas.

So many choices in cali .. we have not that many in TX

Comes with the territory . The desert is an hour away.

I don't pay anyone, I do it myself. A good front LT kit for 4WD with extended axles will run you at least $5k and I would imagine another $1500 - $2k to install.

 

Sick nick is in staton but not sure if he has kit.

 

I won't throw out exact prices but for full long travel front and rear your probably looking at around 10k that's for the cheaper end of kits unless you do your own fab work if you just want front end LT and don't want to install it expect 4k easy

 

REBEL quoted me $12k for thewhole setup with the shock relocators in the back and $14k for a bed cage

 

Get the bed cage

 

That sounds about right. What kit would they use? A bed cage (if done right) would cost more than a shock relocate.

 

too many shops, and too many choices!!!

They would all be about the same price, +/- $1k .. there is also that many different kits to choose from.

 

The people at TOTAL CHAOS put me in contact with DMZ, still waiting for a quote. since this is my everyday driver should i stick with the shock relocators or go with a bed cage?
