So I just got a 2015 DCSB with the ENTUNE HU and want to upgrade my sound system. I will be doing the install myself and already have the amp JL HD900/5. I haven't been in the audio seen for ages and not sure what is the current recommendation for converting the signal to RCA.

So i'm looking for recommendations on a good set of components for front doors ($200 or less) and a good enclosure recommendation for either under seat or behind seat. On the back doors I will most likely get some better coaxials than stock but not wanting to break the bank there.

I will be doing sound deadening but not sure how much ($). What is the most cost effective sound deadening material out there (butyl based)?

    Thanks. That helps!

Did you do just the doors?

Yup Just the doors. I've been thinking putting some behind the back seat but I'm not running a sub so I don't think it would make a huge difference.

Night and Day. I can now bump it with Zero rattles anywhere. Even with no sub I am getting a much deeper , crisp sound. BTW I used all pioneer speakers. Nothing special I think they were like 150 for all 6

All but about 3 feet of it. I was very liberal when applying it and doubled up and overlapped some parts in the doors. If you went over everything once you should have enough to do the back too. They definitely give you enough to do the back.

I have image dynamics ctx components and coaxials and and love them from day 1. Mr Marv on here made my speaker adapters (highly recommend)

Probably pm. I paid about $60 + shipping for all door and tweeter mounts.
