I don't see why not. Diet is a big part of fitness. I'm interested to see what people eat and how they obtain their goals. :)

x2. I know some folks who eat dirty as fuq, but work extra hard to stay lean and I know folks who eat super clean. Counting macros is how I do it, but I try to eat relatively clean so I'm sure I'm getting all my micro nutrients, as well. On the weekends, I usually eat like crap.

I prefer Jimmy Johns over Subway but I don't know if it's regional or not.

I think it started on the East Coast, in the Boston/Jersey area?. We have them in NC. I don't love them, but when I used to go into the office they would cater a lot and I didn't complain when it was free.

I prefer Harris Teeter. On Friday they have $4.99 footlongs and if you get it in a 'wrap' they give you 2 8" tortilla wraps stuffed with whatever you want. You can even do different in each one to make up your 'footlong' (actually 16")...I got one this past Friday bc my wife left me solo for dinner and I ate the whole thing. I was pretty miserable that night...

The key is to get their wheat bread. Their white hogies are hard but their wheat bread is the typical square bread. It's super thing and soft and delicious haha. I love it.

I'm a firm believer in flexible dieting. It just fits my lifestyle better. It's just that a lot of people look at it as eating shit food all day as long as it "fits their macros". I eat mostly clean but the whole point of it is being able to enjoy other "fun" foods while still being able to stay within your macronutrient goals.

I like Jimmy John's, too, but I don't have one close by

Exactly. I eat stuff like Lucky Charms regularly to satisfy my sweet tooth, but I also eat lots of salad and other 'healthy stuff' like low sodium V8, grilled chicken, etc.

Diet aside, the desire and feel for training is starting to come back again.
I warned my partner that we will be switching up the next workout for an experimental workout.
My supplement trial is now complete.

this work out was major focus on blood flow, with emphasis on chest and minor on upper back
    Supplements : 6g L-citrulline, 3g AAKG, 500mg Agmatine, 1.5g L-carnatine

    15 Rep basis
5 sets Chest warm up(other components not included) :
-sets Flat bench over head db pull overs whilst retaining full contraction through the motion and not allow lats to fire up. Full squeeze!
-Strict cable flies with pulley at shoulder hight

Continue with cable flies and right after rep 15 start on flat bench
@ 135# for 15, focusing on the squeeze and pump
    Partner
    Flies
    @155# for 15
    Partner---- you get the sequence

Kept going till we reached a weight where i was no longer able to perform 12, with 3 force reps at the end.
This is the important part, fighting through the pain of the pump. its what this entire workout is about.
Every time he or me was not able to meet 15 reps, we added 2 reps to the remaining total and took at 15 second break.

Then we dropped all the weight, put on 9 10s per side and did a big drop set to total 100 reps for our last set
Each set went to fail, and reducing the weight by 20# each set. We had hopped to finish the 100 reps before we got down to a 65# but sadly that didn't happen. I managed to get a 60 count. So took 30 second break, added 20 more points and started back up from the bottom this time, going to failure and reached 100 reps back at 155.

All in all this was the hardest toughest, most challenging work out i have done for chest to date,
You are constantly fighting the urge to rack the bar, give up etc. The reality is that the weight isn't to heavy for you, its just that pain threshold and being able to push past it.

To finish this work out, we wanted to throw some wide grip pull downs into the mix. We did the same concept, and i can say this, i never though back would hurt more than chest.

I too eat pretty healthy stuff like today I had some ground beef.

It had cheese on it, and bacon with more cheese and then bacon. I think it had some bread or something on the top or bottom. It actually had 2 pieces of beef... Idk what it's called but it was delicious :luvya:

Like the time I barfed up gnarly Panda Express after some intense drinking. Never again.

Taught the young padwon how to deadlift today. People looked at us funny with just 25s on a smaller bar so I just stared back like I used to stare at detainees we were interrogating in the Stan. It's been a while since I've had to mean mug a fool. Haha

Lol I'm picturing that. People can't just go about their own damn business.
