Should I try and get them to make those changes or is it a minor thing?

Was going to make an edit, but I'll add it here. I said rotate front eccentric inward, forgot to add rear eccentric outward. You might get away with not having to move the front one at all.

Sub 1 degree of caster is pretty bad IMO. Yes I know UCA's are on the list of to-do's, but still seems really low to me. Return to center will be slow (if at all) and it will wanna hop instead of tracking strait. Can you take a picture of your cam bolts for me (and label which is which). I'm curious to see where they are at and if there's any adjustment left.

so Jason, since you seem to be the alignment Guru, what do you think are ideal #'s for our 2nd gens?
    most seem to think
    0 camber
    2.5 caster
    0 toe

Top is driver rear. Bottom driver front.

    Passenger side, same locations.

Alignment is subjective. There's no cookie cutter answer, it depends on the driver style and handling characteristics.
For example, I like caster. I like fast return to center on the steering wheel and i like the truck to drive itself if i take my hands off the wheel. I've got over 4 degrees on the tundra, around 3.5 on the taco, and almost 4 on the 4runner.

I personally drive everything like I stole it and I'm going to die tomorrow whether I'm onroad or offroad. For those that are like minded:
    -0.5 to -1 degree camber
    0 to 1/32" toe in
And as much fucking caster as possible.

For the less race car minded folks:
    0 degree camber
1/32" toe in (for RWD vehicles)
And again as much caster as possible.

Also, for street trucks typically you want to adjust a bit between driver and passenger sides to compensate for road crown. Most shops will adjust the passenger's side with a little more negative camber (~1/4-degree) and a little more positive caster (again, ~1/4-degree).

I don't care about road crown. I care about dirt roads.

Mkay I see. Passenger side is maxed out. Driver is almost maxed. They basically set the eccentrics to all the way "longer" on the cam bolts. Meaning you can't get any less camber if you tried. You could adjust to get more caster, but you'll get more positive camber too. It looks like the alignment tech aligned it so that you won't wear out the tires. Camber will affect tire wear. Caster "mostly" doesn't affect tire wear, just handling characteristics.

Did you do actual lift measurements of your truck before and after you installed the lift? Reason I ask, is as you lift the truck, it will add positive camber. I don't think I've ever seen both eccentrics maxed out like that before and still have positive camber.

Either way, time for UCA's my friend.

I went from 5100s and a 3 leaf AAL to full OME so not really much to compare to since I didn't make note of my stock heights. I did request hub/fender heights from an identical configuration before and I can dig that up and compare those numbers to my current, but I'm definitely around 2.75"+.

Additionally it sounds like the shop did what they were supposed to do, so that's reassuring.

I consistently see a couple 2nd gen double cabs around the Modesto/Turlock area with black vinyl decals down the sides. One has a TW sticker, the other, I dont know

Btw people ask me why I'm not going with a Taco for my next truck. Like jberry said, I like heated seats, sunroofs, leather and and the growl of a V8. I'm sorry but I'm a sucker for the little things in life.

Oh I'll still have a truck. That's the nice part of the Tundra. All those options, rear window rolls down and some have built in DVD. Everything I need and the option to throw a load on the back when needed.

The rear window roll down from my Tundra is dearly missed. Don't know why they only do it for crew cab tundras though!

I dunno about all that. I wouldn't trade one for the other in either direction. I'm just spoiled because I have both a mall crawler and a toy. They both have their place and uses.

I'd probably get a crew cab long bed 4x4 tundra in diesel if they had one.. on top of my taco.. on top of a prius, on top of a sports car..
