Looking at getting some seat covers for the front seats in my access cab in the near future.

Clazzio or Wet Okole, or something other, similar price point I think, $200-$300 for front row.

I like the look of the wet okes, afraid of swamp ass. Gets hot as balls here in Charlotte in the summer. How long do WO's last?

I have had leather in previous vehicles, and love leather. Are the clazzio's long lasting?

Other? I want a custom fit seat cover, to look as OEM as possible, and easy to install myself.

    Appreciate the feedback

I was going to go with Clazzios after reading a bunch of reviews on here, etc. I love and appreciate leather so much more than cloth. Eventually decided on Katzkin leather and couldn't have been happier. Luckily, a family friend has been working with them for years so I got a really good deal, but I feel worth every dollar! :D

I have Wet Okoles here in hot Charlottesville VA and "swamp ass" isn't a problem. They clean up really well and keep the seats looking new.

Wet okoles. Had mine for about a year. I work outside in south Florida and hop right in everyday soaking wet. And they still look brand new. Never been washed. Gross. I know. ... But they're awesome. And super comfortable.

I love my wet okoles. No swamp ass for me either and they are super comfortable.

Have dogs that go in your truck? Don't get Wet Okoles if you do. The dog hair is a pain in the ass to get out of the seats. I am switching to some leather seats next year. Other than that, my Wet Okoles have lasted a long time. Got them in 2008.

I got WO's for the front of my 12 last year. I got the black/gray combo and added red TRD logo. IMO they look great, are very comfortable with extra padding, and I don't worry about wear and tear as I slide across front seat. I do get a little bit of swamp ass on very hot days but it is over 100 where I live so I expect that. I've always had leather, my wife has black leather and it causes same but again it's hot and car is closed up all day. For some reason I do miss leather, would have liked Katskins but for me personally I couldn't justify cost. I did see some Clazzio's for sale here but they were for the SR5 seats or I would have jumped on them. I read a lot of user reviews for both prior to buying. I think both products are good with a lot of satisfied users. The option for colors, custom logos, etc. are nice but you pay for them. Both products obviously protect your seats. I really enjoy the comfort of my WO's. I think it comes down to personal preference and if you buy one and have regrets for any reason I think resale is pretty easy without taking too big of a hit. Sorry, my post probably confuses more than helps as I still haven't figured it out. Good luck with your decision.

Awesome that this thread was started because I too am getting some soon. I currently have WO covers and love them but am soon installing TRD seats and thinking of getting the Clazzios. First of all their website is top notch and very helpful - they even offer to send swatches to decide what color you want. Do they charge for the swatches? No, they give you a $60 coupon just for ordering them! I can't speak for their actual customer service but if it's anything like the website, it is good. Wet Okole seat covers are awesome and very protective and I would get nothing but their neoprene - even they recommend that. When I priced each product with the options I wanted (just multi color) the Clazzio leather was cheaper than WO Neoprene.

I tried Katzkin's site but couldn't even find where to get to a checkout without ordering the seats and finding a dealer and couldn't seem to customize them as I wanted to. I saw the "MSRP $2000" or something crazy like that and said forget it even though I would rather reupholster the seats than cover them. Maybe someone can help me with that?

Id have to disagree with that. Mine wipe right off. I barely have to vacuum mine. Maybe it's a different material?

Or because mine are camo and I have short haired pit bulls lol. But either way I love mine

Wet Okole will repair for $15 a panel. I had a set in my Jeep and now my Tacoma and I am very happy with the comfort and durability. As far as dog hair goes I have the worlds biggest shop vac and it isn't the end of the world. A bit of a pain yes but a non issue for me since he loves rides so much.

I've got WO in my Subaru Impreza, my wife's Mazda CX-5, and I just installed a set that I bought off a guy on here for my TRD Sport. I'd say that's my vote. No problems with swamp ass, my Subaru has seat heaters that aren't affected by the WO either. Super comfortable and worth the price by a long shot. Clean up with just a wet micro fiber in most cases but they also sell a shampoo that I have as well for worst case scenarios. What kills me is that factory leather options are twice the price and half as comfortable. There were a few dog hairs on the ones I just bought but they came off rather easily.

I have two golden retrievers so it probably is the hair. Their hair is EVERYWHERE. Something to think about though.
