    Walmart.... No handicap plate or placard. First handicap spot outside the grocery doors. Dude is just laying out in the back with his feet out the window.

    I've got one. I went to Safeway to do some shopping. There was nobody parked on either side of me. Note that I'm well within the lines. Yay me. I come out and there's a Jeep that parked...well, you'll see. And the note I had to leave.

    So I was pulling through to this spot when this asshole comes wheeling in. Almost hits me. I had to move closer to the van to avoid it. The guy is in 4 spots. I get out as he does and say you need 4 spots for that thing? He doesn't say a work. He's then behind me in line as I buy some dip. He later asks why I was taking a pic of his truck so I told him. He screeched his tires while leaving. Asshole
