I ordered mine on Amazon. It was about $16/quart x3.

There's a shop near by that sells it. If they didn't have it I was going to buy it online.

I usually ordering from Amazon and just order a case at a time. Keep it in the garage and restock as needed. I may be able to find it cheaper, but it is free shipping with Prime. I just like how easy it is to order from there.

Build thread in sig... 4-link long travel
redline heavy shock proof in the diffs and transfer case. I swap it all out about every 15-25K, depending on how rough my wheeling/towing season was.

Alright, I'll check on there and see what I can find? Is it okay to pick something up from the local auto parts store? What brand would you recommend from the local store?

Found this which seems to confirm that Amsoil and redline are the top choices for 75W90. Did point out some failings of Royal Purple and Lucas.

Have to mention upfront that this test was done by amsoil.

Redline for the diff and MT in my 2nd gen, I'm sure it's overkill. I used random off the shelf non synthetic in my gen 1, 230,000 and still going.

Honestly, oil is oil. In my opinion, as long as it is changed at the scheduled intervals you'll be okay. Just don't buy the cheapest product you can find and it'll serve the job.

Have 6 quarts of amsoil server gear 75W90 here and ready to go. If weather is good will probably do the diffs and the transfer case this weekend.
Ordered the hand pump that is available the amsoil web site since amsoil seems to have a non standard diameter/thread size on the bottle caps.

Had the prefferred customer discount so each quart was $15.35. Seemed reasonable since Amazon.ca wanted $24-25 for a quart of redline.

Hoping with the low miles I have that the fill plugs won't be a pain in the butt to remove like some of the others have mentioned.
