Might be a good thing you already have some LT UCAS... Mock up with those and your LCAS and see what needs to happen for wheel alignment.

Def subbed to see where this goes, I'm all in to say this is going to be a winner.

yea that's what im doing pretty much. lets face it there's only so many ways you can fit suspension in there using factory mount locations as well as what works as far as alignment and handling. This is my hobby, I felt like making my version, and in the process I been learning sum really cool shit. my other project is making a 81 yoter into a center mount a arm/j arm setup, but that's not for the internet. in the end I just like makin stuff. and yes ill be making new uppers once I get the lowers happy so I can then solid mount em and all that jazz

And this picture is mainly why I'm doing this.... Where I'm from everyone wheels a yota, and this is a firm belief of "built not bought" soo I'm trying to keep with tradition

Also, I made four "weld mock up bushings" out of aluminum so I don't melt the real ones when I'm welding, and got the chunks of steel machined for the lower pivot attach point made, now I gotta take my truck completely apart

Here's sum shots of sum of the machining work I got done. Lower mount lugs( haven't cut em into seperate pieces yet, it's easier to machine as one piece)

Nice! It's great to have access to those kinds of tools. I worked in a manufacturing type machine shop for a while years ago and they had all kinds of cool manual machines. Old Bridgeports, Hardinge tool room lathes, drill bit sharpeners, surface grinders, and a bunch of cnc stuff including a laser cutter. Whenever i had some down time I'd be fooling around with the equipment. I learned a lot. The ability to machine metal is an awesome skill to possess. Combined with welding, there is almost nothing beyond your grasp.

Got about 7* caster and camber is .7* at ride hieght, stays in the inward camber range thru the travel, bumpsteer is minimal, only really care about it when the wheel is turned anyway and it's good, yes I'm being vague, soo if you guys decide to do this you have to figure it out, not into dishing out all the specs

Getting the oem shafts out and rebuilding the birfield end was an unexpected bitch to do, broke an arbor plate on a press, ended up machining out the old axle shafts out of the birfield star

Yea pain in the butt, one cv was original the other is hardly a year old..both were stubborn, the TC instructions have you chop the shaft then press the nub out.....didn't work, all day ordeal. Today I got the coil bucket gussetts welded on and the cam tabs, hopesfull get the upper arm, spindle, brakes and CV's in by this evening.
I Also got the rest of my jig mocked up, soo weld that tonight/ Tommorrow and finish my drafting so I can cut sum pieces out then get to welding
