Nice. Did you pull the tailgate to make room for install? Looks like it's in the edge of the bed.

Had to pull off the tailgate so I could get my fingers in there. No quite so easy with the camera wiring, but I figured it out. The tape is 2 inches, so it takes up the whole channel. I'll put all the pics in my profile so you can see them.

Edit: photos in Reflective tape album. Should be self explanatory. The tape is 6 foot of reflexite from tapebrothers.com.

 I've used it before on my bicycle. It's great stuff. I like the subtle location of where you put yours.

Hmmm. What if you cut the reflective tape into letters? Then you could spell out things like "Back the F#ck Off" or something similar. :D

9mm valve caps. Looked better when shiney. A few months dull'd them pretty good. I'll have to throw them in the brass tumbler every so often.

Just have to take some replacement valve caps, 99¢ for 4, take a razor blade and slice off some of the ribs, then lightly hammer the spent brass overtop. I'd reccomend buying an extra pack of caps incase you go too thin trimming them; they'll split while hammering if they're too thin.

I would have to get a vinyl cutter as the tape is pretty thick. I had to use my electrical scissors to cut the stuff.

If a huge chrome bumper doesn't get people to back off, the angry Czech in the driver's seat will do the job :)

Admit it. You're just happy because he showed you a new location to add Orange led lights.
