I have 85,500 miles on it & none of them are "thrashin' miles" - She's been my road trip glamping mobile for the family & dammit, we're all sorry to see her go.
I have had ZERO problems & don't expect any.

cab mount chop & 285/75/17 General Grabber AT2's [less 10k on tires]
Snugtop cap with yakima / thule compatible rails.
no badges, mud flaps, stickers or chrome, nice mellow tint.
Brand new Baja Rack over cab.
*Toyota replaced the headlights a few months ago too as the orange DL bulbs melted.
*rearview mirror relocated higher.
*Console Vault
*primed & painted stock wheels with Duplicator Bronze.
*meticulously maintained by dealer & everything is tip-top.
*also a new Bed Slide that makes everything easier.
All suspension etc.. work has been done by the highly reputable Jason Watson of Speed Freak & the Truck Shop of San Diego.

Solana Beach here again. Happy to report I bought a beautiful 2012 offroad. I'm getting it ready for our fall Baja trip and was wondering where you bought and got your ARB bumper installed. I've been trying to figure out which bull bar/grill guard is truly the best in terms of hitting an animal. sounds like the ones that are just screw on the front don't really protect the vehicle... That ARB is the deluxe, right? it looks like it costs over a grand before install... obviously you think it was worth it. I've had some bad luck with animals down there so am truly considering something like this. Appreciate and thoughts/recommendations. Thanks!

 

Hey there, Yeah, I really like the ARB, but it is heavy as a mofo... I would chat with Pelfreybilt - those bumpers look great & seem to be bomber & lighter. I had Jason @ Speed Freak in Vista do all my install stuff. Good luck!
