that's like telling someone to take it easy in the gym because their heart might explode or that they shouldn't bench press because they could rip their chest muscle...it happens, but it's extremely rare and it's not worth mentioning because it's just one more unnecessary thing to put in someone's head.

    like these boys:

You did read the posts and do realize the content I said that in right? He said overtraining can't cause your kidneys to fail, so I said Rhabdo as an example...I wasn't telling anyone they are going to get it....

overtraining is a result of not enough food, sleep or getting enough recovery. So if you think about it technically you can't over train you can just under recover, eat, and sleep...#mindblown

just another way of looking at it

training is like checks and balances what you "take/do" you need to add back in. if you train more than you do those other things youll be over trained, if you do the other things more than you train youll be undertrained :p

@JordanSmith127, My statement was referring to the normal 99.9% of population( which are the people on this forum). On a statical level i will 100% stand by my statement that overtraining in the general terms will not cause rhabdo for this demographic and group of people. Physiology is physiology, acute and chronic disease exists,as well as pre-dispositions to all sorts of disorders as well which will be the main leading cause of Rhabdo.

Why speak of that 1 out of like a million or more chance ? Im done with this topic, its utterly irrelevant .Society has enough to worry about and last thing we need is the hypochondriacs to start fearing rhabdo now

Well I guess I'm that 00.01%...you didn't specify that and what i said was correct. But yeah i agree with you now that your specifying that the majority of people in here won't have an issue, this tends to be a "body building" demographic in this thread and generally Rhabdo is seen primarily in long duration endurance training/sports.

The term of over training was loosely used in what is a " body building " crowd and unless your doing hypoxic training we have almost no risk of this ever happening(ignoring heat, dehydration and other known causes). Under extreme sports/endurance training athletes there are cases of suspected acute rhabdo based on the increased levels of myoglobin in the blood but most of those Extreme people know about all the risks they are taking, especially in todays modern society

    Zach,
You should try at least one of the day work outs in my program and see how you like it, or how much you hate it lol
