I would like to suggest hiding threads dealing with people’s problems/issues and rants that don’t deal with Tacomas from the front page. I think that it looks bad for guests when they are looking at TW and see threads about people bitching or talking about personal issues. I think that we are all a big family and should help each other with good advice on these things but maybe we could have a sub section for these types of things and not have them appear on the main screen like how the UG is. The only reason why I say this is because I think that we might scare off new members from wanting to join the site because they think we are bitchy complainers with tons of issues and not people who love our trucks and talk about them. I hope I’m not sounding like I dick because I think It’s cool that we help each other but I think it just doesn’t need to be on the main page all of the time. I'm just trying to keep the image of TW more about the trucks.

I think some threads bring to light the suport, and friendly nature of the members of this site. An asset perhaps.

    thanks!
bingo, the front page is the only place i browse on TW, so if personal threads dont show up there, i dont think they will receive any attention at all

I have to agree with Chris. showing upfront how much members support and care for each other is great. that plus the comedy and technical info is why I'm here.

I completely understand that. I think that its nice to see when people have a loved one that they would like prayers for or they might talk about how they lost their job and items like that. But we have alot of ones about loosing girlfriends or fighting with a gf/wife/friends on the front page a lot. Like I said I'm not saying don't let people post them but just maybe somewhere thats not on the front page. Idk maybe I'm just being a pain in the ass for thinking about this.
