Installed Deaver AALs a month and a half ago on my TRD offroad DCSB 4X4. Do I need to swap the stock Bilsteins out as well or can I just keep using the stockers? Truck has 28k miles if it matters.

So the recent spike in humidity and the rain Tucson recently got, I am starting to get some foggyness and condensation in my headlight lenses. I know it's be cause I broke the factory seal and and didn't take my time to ensure I got a good seal when I did the BHLM.

Will those silica packets do any good if I throw a couple in? Also is there anyway to get them in with out breaking the headlights open again?

Ive tried Silica packets, they dont work very well. I would bake em, let em sit inside, in the sun for a while to ensure all moisture has evaporated, then reseal.. You can add RTV to the original seal.. And or.. Add silicone after you have them baked back together.

Think I'm gonna wait for the monsoons to finally pass for the year and then take the time to crack them open and reseal.

Shouldnt crew them up too bad if I wait till mid sept right?

Nah youll be ok. Pulling the boots off on the back of the housings will help moisture escape as well, only problem then.. Is that they are more exposed to dust. Ive been running mine without the boots for years.. No moisture, but starting to collect dust.

There's no water pooling in the bottom, it's just the moisture along the top in the mornings

Yeah I know. The extra air flow, plus the heat of the headlights will evaporate the moisture if you pull the boots off the back.
