Side note, the other day when I shit myself, I was trying to deadlift 500. Got it so fucking close too, I had it above the knees and that's when I felt the warmth... Luckily it was more of a fart than poop, but there was poop. :luvya:

After re-reading it, I'm probably going to hold out until Tuesday when I'm completely fresh. I just did upper body Thursday, so I'm sore from that and I need to do legs today. I WILL do it, though. #excuses

I know some guys that do that; they just do push pull days. For example, he'll do an all pull day and do seated rows, pull-ups, t-bar rows, bent over rows, lat pulldowns, etc. It destroys his back, but his biceps, abs and shoulders are getting a hell of a workout, too. I think that type of stuff is best for gaining raw strength. You focus on your core muscles (back, chest, and legs) and everything else falls into place.

Saturday leg day in the books. front squats, lying leg curls, seated leg curls, leg press (both quad & hamstring), leg extensions, calves and abs in an hour....wasn't feeling it at all today. We have a wedding shower tonight at our friend's house on the lake and we've got a friend cooking 10 boston butts, there's a band, and about 80 people confirmed...It's going to be a shit show lol

Push days are mostly chest, shoulder, tris movements. Pull days are mostly back and bis. I do shrugs, reverse pec dec or face pulls (rear delts) on pull days since it makes sense.
