Haha thanks man! I love how it turned out. Always loved snow camo so since this is just a toy I ran with it!

Lol. Unfortunately I don't own a tire brush

I'm up to my ears in this TC/ADS build. Can someone tell me how to get the thin metal cap off the hub? I need to pull the spindle to press the upper ball joint out.

Does it screw on/off or does it press on?

    TIA

What you said is most likely exactly what I'm going to do. I doubt I could run a muffler-free setup without loss of low end torque.

I'm leaning towards doing exactly what you said, word for word.

Flowmaster50 and the pipe extension, dump the whole thing out the side and do whatever O2 sim is necessary to keep the computer happy;)

    Gawd I love this truck..

Oh and @tooter likes the flowmaster cause apparently it increases the gas velocity. The exhaust gas comes out faster then it goes in and all I'm saying is that having no muffler isn't going to loss you anything. As long as the pipe stays the same diameter it should only help. If I'm wrong someone provide some proof.

Thinkin' I'll just bite the bullet and get my exhaust work done at a shop early next week. No point in pansying around wringing my wrists about it, time to get an exhaust extension and put a new muffler on!

    Pics to follow soon enough..:D

How many wheel bearings on rear driver side of the axle? Is there an inner and outer bearing?

I'm replacing the inner and outer axle seals on the rear driver side. Also on the same side I'm replacing the wheel bearings and replacing the brake shoes. Anything else I should replace while there?

I had a axle seal go out so I had diff fluid spewing out

Get on it! Not to long ago I added a 14" magnaflow. I was stuck between the flowmaster 50 series and mag. Went with the mag.

So I stripped one of my wheel studs last time I rotated my tires. I guess that means its time for a SAS

    :p JK

Can someone point me in the right direction for extended wheel studs? I am running a 1/4 spacer up front and would like to get them a bit longer since I am replacing one.

I am going to start stacking up parts for a full front end overhaul. I need new LCA's, LBJ's, Tie rods, and wheel studs. UBJ's where done recently.

    TIA gentlemen

Hmmh, temping. I've reached an age where getting it up and hitting the hole are both a challenge . . . talking about the stock hood lift rod here, folks. I can see the advantage of these . . .

As for me, these arrived today since my exhaust is shot . . .

    http://www.magnaflow.com/products?partNumber=14586&searchTerm=14586

    http://mbrpautomotive.com/?search=r1012&submit=Search&page=products

I put the MBRP resonator in front of the Magnaflow muffler on the Gibson catback [barely fits]. And it's much cheaper than just buying a Magnaflow catback. Plus all the Magnaflow catbacks just have 4x9x18" mufflers. Did this on a previous V6 truck using the largest Magnaflow that would fit [5x11x22] and it was amazing how much raspiness that MBRP resonator removes from the sound. Just a mellow rumble over stock and looks great.

At least that is the plan. Will repost when I get-er-done.
