Dealer quoted me $36,499 for a white DCSB TRD Sport 4x4 with tow, bed cover, all weather mats, and exhaust tip. This includes destination charges. I'm in California. What do you think about this price?

 

What were the charges for the bed cover, all weather mats and exhaust tip? Often dealers will mark accessories up quite a bit.

 

I think you need to come into the dealer with that information long before you buy. Do research on what other's have paid, dealer cost (not invoice), fair profit margin, hold-backs, etc. YOU should be the one making the offer and then they accept it. Walk out if they don't meet your fair price.

Sorry to be somewhat rude but you should be in control and not them.

She's run beautifully for 10 years, but if my head doesn't rub against the ceiling (6'1") on the new Tacoma then a ORDCSBMTMGM will be in my driveway in the spring.

 

Did you get any packages with it ?

 

Hold Back is 2% of Invoice OR BASE MSRP. I have seen both listed on different sites.

Edmunds says Base MSRP and I trust them

I'd walk in, tell them to take that price, fold it up sideways and shove it. That price is absolutely a rip off
