I don't have any experience with aluminum bumpers so I'm just blowing smoke haha.

If your state requires you to mount a front license plate...you mine as well just drill holes and permanently mount them. The holes are small and you can just use a little touch up paint..besides it's aluminum and won't rust anyways. Drilling is free...:p Just line up the plate holes and go for it!

I don't have a pelfreybilt front bumper but I drilled holes in my Bruteforce and it worked great. Easy to line up. Will be even easier with an aluminum bumper.

Soon I'll have some pelfreybilt armor so I won't feel so weird being a part of this thread!

Funny you mention this. I checked with WASP and they say no front plate is required if the vehicle was not issued with one. Say what? Not sure how that would happen, but whatever. Gonna suck it up and drill.

Don't think Pelfrey makes them. The ones on that truck are from BAMF

I was about to say that I didn't see them on the site. I think I'll be ordering an aluminum ifs skid from them shortly though.

Can't believe it took me this long to find the crazy good products that this company cranks out.

But they fit like a glove with their IFS skid. Can't go wrong. What are you waiting for?? It gets a lot of love and just smiles and asks for more :)

It completely replaces it. It really cleans up the lines underneath the truck.

Definitely replaces the OEM hitch. It's designed to tow the same recommended capacity that Toyota gives the Tacoma.

Perfect. Mine has recently become..... structurally compromised. "You are resting on your hitch"...... "Meh, it can take it". Incorrect. The hitch is not indestructible :welder:
