UBolt spacers

    09 Tacoma 4x4 TRD OR
    OME 886 Coils, and Struts, Rear Toytec TSB AAL/ OME shock absorbers, Fog Lamp anytime mod, Voyager Brake Controller.
    OK, just installed by TSB AAL, and the U-bolts are NOT long enough. I was able to seat the bolts without using the spacers that were already installed. I have to Tow 400+ miles this weekend, and will probably not be able to replace the Ubolts with longer ones.. do you think that would be a problem?

    By spacers you mean washers? I think you will be fine. Drive around a little first them tighten them up again.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    If you dont have the bolts fully seated on the threads, its not a good idea to haul/tow anything. Or drive it.....You really need to get the correct size U bolts.

    I have also heard from a few machanics that you should always replace the u bolts when you add a leaf regardless if the stock ones are long enough to re-use.

    They are fully seated with slight thread above the top, but without Washers.
