    Have some 1/8" uhmw at work for final product but I hope this helps with some wind noise

    A few audio upgrades, tinted windows, remote start because it f'n hot in Texas! 6in Fabtech DB lift, 17x9 Fuel Trophy wheels, 315/70/17 Duratracs,BAMF 80in sliders w/kickout, Prinsu cab rack w/30in Heretic light bar, custom bedside decals, custom hi-lift jack brackets, US Offroad front bumper w/winch, bed rack with RTT, CB, Short wave base station, Ultra gauge, color matched grille surround, an ungodly amount of recover gear, ARB fridge, hood struts, RotoPax, traction pads.
    You could always:
    1. Turn the radio up
    2. Buy some mud tires and let them drown out the noise
    3. Reinsulate the cab with a sound deading product
    4. Just say F it and ignore the sound :thumbsup:

    That could work...but like other have said, I bet its your lightbar. Test the fairing with and without the bar.

    I have some km2's that make bunch of noise. But I just tried the fairing on the interstate and it is much better

    Im not sure what the original fairing was made out of, but it was plastic of some sort and i know he had warping issues under heat/cold.

    I was digging through this thread and I could swear someone's post mentioned type 10 t-nuts, but wait for someone else to confirm before spending money.


    But I do have a question about the bolts holding the rack to the cab. They are 2 1/4" long. Seems like I will have 1" of thread to go into the roof. Is that not too long?

    My cross-bars came last night. Can't wait to install the racks!

    Hm... Just installed the cab rack with HD bars on my double cab and the last bar does not clear the shark fin. Tried moving it further down to the single hole in the back, but its still presses on the shark fin. wtf am i doing wrong?
