And I am the "YANKEE" living space is at 77-79 while the master is 75-77......Keeps Momma happy and FPL is one of the smallest bills every month...

 

With a fan going then it's perfect

 

Well, our highest bill ever was 290$ we have 3200sq ft. with pool, well pump and septic pump. when it's 96 outside 79 feels cool. Plus we have some great trees in our yard that create shade. The house actually feels cooler than it probably is. Plus like I said our master stays freezing pretty much all the time. I actually had to close all but three of the vents because it was so cold. Also, I should mention our house is all wood. Wood frame wood siding and is extremely well insulated unlike block. Never had issues with termites or bugs either. dunno why.

 

you got the setup! i have no shade trees and block construction. thankfully the ac unit is fairly new and energy efficient, otherwise my bill would be ridiculous.

 

3200 square feet how come we haven't done a mod day at your house?

 

They did last time. lol.

Not this time of year, still gets hot as bawls up here. Can't wait for Fall though, had our first hint of a change this past weekend.
