Does anyone know the backspacing on a 2008 Tacoma with a 17X7 wheel? I am getting mine in a week since my '99 is gonna get crushed bc of a bad frame =( I would like to order 16X8 Moto Metal 950's but I want to make sure they will fit properly without having the tires stick out past the fenders since I live in Pa and it is illegal. I am installing a 3" suspension lift and getting 33" MT ATZ's, but before I purchase the wheels I want to make sure they will work bc the Moto Metal 950's have a 4.5" backspacing. Thanks!!

    I cant remember.
I thought the backspace of the stock 17" wheel is 5" or 5.5". You want a 4.5" back spce on an aftermarket wheel with a larger tire. :)

bs for stock wheel is around 5.25 thats why you cannot put 33s on them without MAJOR rubbing. 4.5 bs is a good fit for 33s. keep in mind, the greater the number, the more the wheel tucks
