Yeah that one certainly got some attention. He ended up selling the truck shortly after putting a lot of money into it

Awesome! They look sweet! You rivet the part that mounts to the hood?

Yep. Rivet the mounts that attach to the hood and self tapping screws for the fenders.

I hooked up my third brake light in my cap...sorry no pics can't be in two places at once. I was going to hook up the dome light but ran out of time. My plan is to go directly to the battery and while I'm at it I might pre-wire for 12 volt acc. In the bed too. @Chux just installed one with a volt meter built in so I may use that one.

Just finished doing a Rear Diff svc, cost me $38 bucks(dealer wanted $181), which included a lift rental, towels, and a couple of hose clamps for the anti-tailgate theft mod. Which I will be doing later tonight once it cools off.

Mine lasted 4 years, which includes harsh winters, power washing and machine washing.

One of the badges has started to peel, the other looks brittle. Time to do it again I suppose.

It's still better than trying to take them off, wasting $100 for new ones and then trying to get them on straight. If I yank the badges, nothing's going back on.

Yes, I rented a lift with one of those nice oil catchers for $7 here on base.

Installed and programmed my new Gentex rear view mirror with Home Link and Compass. Had to buy a repeater, as my garage door opener is the new V5 rolling code.

What oil did you use? When I crack it open it always cost me like $50. 3qts @ $15 each and $5 for crush washers.

Valvoline/Full synthetic gear oil SAE 75W-90 3 qts $9.99 each, washers were fine and didn't need replacing.
