We cruised through the Ozark National Forest for 2 days on many trails and didn't get pulled over once or have any problems and none of us have an OHV sticker.

Where were you at? Like I said, I'm trying to find some trails/areas not too far from Fayetteville

I've been googling non stop trying to find stuff up around here. Says Wedington area is off limits to OHV. Elkins isn't too far away and there's some stuff out there.

You can run the Mill Creek OHV trails. I'd suggest sticking to the main "practice" loop, as it's wide enough to take a taco through. The other trails are more for dirt bikes.

Here are a few pics from Mill Creek back in 2012.

You also have a section of the Trans America Trail south of you. I did a short section of it two years ago. It's mostly forest service roads, but there are some fun things to see along the way.

Do yourself a favor and buy the TAT trail maps for Arkansas. Lots of exploring to be done off of the trail as well.

Done. Bought the maps and look forward to some more opportunities to explore. I think I might try to get down to OHV this weekend or something too if I have the chance.

I looked up where Mill Creek was and stumbled across this... scroll down to "state regulations" and it states that any OHVs with an engine over 50cc's must be registered with the state. Not sure if this still applies if your truck is also registered as a normal on highway vehicle. Probably need to call the revenue office to find out.

    http://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/osfnf/recreation/ohv/?cid=stelprdb5252232

Also, it seems as though you better pay the $3.00 per person fee for the Miller Creek trail and have your envelope receipt or risk a $250 fine from the ranger.
