    Yeah I have very good insurance. My copay is 125 . But the bill I got said insurance already paid 1025. And our payment of 79k was do. I talked to the hospital today. Apparently the ins company paid after this bill was sent to us. So I was stressed all night lol

    Me too. I was going to go ape shit crazy. But I did play a trick on my wife after hearing It was takin care of. I told my wife ins wont do anything cause we failed to send back some forms that she kept forgetting to send back. I kept telling her to mail them but she didnt. Tell I eventually did right before we left on our trip. She was freaking out. Im probably not getting any tonight lol

    Same thing happened to us when Tiffany's lung collapsed. We got the bill for 50k and I'm pretty sure I shit myself when I saw it. Lucky for us insurance covered all of it.

    Yeah TRICARE through the military loves to send stupid stuff like that too. I got some dental implants done once at an offsite dental clinic, total cost of about $15k. TRICARE sends me this confusing statement and all I see is "Due: $15,000". Wife nearly croaked.

    Just before my dad passed away, he hit 1 million in costs over 22 months. We had CIGNA at the time and they covered pretty much everything. We may have had a couple thousand out of pocket.
