    well..yea. But its worth it to us. We spend pretty much most the year getting ready for these trips. Its not a jump in the truck and go at the last minute type thing..haha

    It is but if you consider what the experience is and compare it to any other "vacation" it isnt unreasonable. Most plane tickets are going to be $3-400 x 2 people and thats the gas money right there.

    yea overall i bet its cheaper then most vacations. And a hell of of a lot more fun. Food is the other expense.

    The largest is of course the truck in the long run but really you don't need to go to the extremes unless you want to go certain places.

    Oh ya i bet its all worth it, sure seems like it. Its no different then me spending all my money just to hunt, ducks, coyotes and such...haha

    But ya my truck definitely wasn't ready when i bought it....the frame had more bends then a pretzel and more holes then cylinders haha
