    First attempt at making a loaf of sourdough. Results are good, nice subtle taste to the bread. Would like to try for something a bit more tangy and pungent in future loaves..

    ur starch to mayo ratio seems way the heck off man, that much would require at least 6 oz by my estimations

    indeed i was, sammich=mayo. althought i may be slightly bias on this one as mac and cheesea and lasgna are the only pastas i eat
