I'm not a fan of what he did either, but he has been a class act since he got out of prison. He was nearly $18 million in debt when he got out. He could have filed for bankruptcy, but he opted to pay his creditors and is nearly debt-free today.

    Not exactly.

See..Ray McD was an abusing, raping shithead while he played for SF. This was known and tolerated by the team. There were multiple incidents that showed it.

It got to the point that even the Niners told him to cut that shit out or he would get cut.

And he didn't. So they cut him.

THEN he went to Chicago. Where he was interviewed by the McCaskeys and had to TOTALLY pinkie swear not to beat any more women. And they signed him!

What was it...5 weeks later? 6?

Bang...another arrest for abusing women under the influence. Cut from the Bears.

But yea......TOTES OK since he wasn't a Niner any more!

    You go boy

Dude, you must love hearing yourself talk. I said the 9ers released him. You said no. And quite colorfully, and rather condescendingly, as well. You were wrong. No matter how much you ramble on and add caveats. It's all irrelevant.

    So, yes, EXACTLY.

    sheesh

McDonald is done in football, Brooks may be going down the same road. Makes you wonder how much of a grip Harbaugh really had on this team. It seems like more shit happened off the field with him at the helm than any coach of this team I can remember. If there's more respect going both ways, maybe we'd see less of this crap. I'm hoping for it with Tomsula.

So Harbaughs egomaniacal douchebag, win at all cost, ways caused him major problems with his players and the front office... you must be absolutely shocked.

If I was bored or had more time I would go back through the last two or three years of posts where I said that time and time again. It was extremely clear to anyone not wearing red and gold glasses. SF fan boys time and time again excused it away and wanted proof. Similar to deflategate with Tom Brady, they looked at "proof" at came up with some bs excuse as to how it was skewed or not factual. Multiple reports from good journalists were excused away, "they have it out for the team/Harbaugh" was my personal favorite. Reports about his behavior from sources at SD State and Stanford were excused away.

    Good times.

I don't quite get your point. I've thought Harbaugh was an asshole for quite a while. He wears out his welcome wherever he goes.

I quoted your post because of this line: "Makes you wonder how much of a grip Harbaugh really had on this team."

So though I quoted your post it was really pointed at everyone that participated in what was probably the most talked about situation for the last year or two on this forum. The rise of the 49ers with Harbaugh, his antics, and then the fall of Harbaugh is easily a top 5 topic here... I thought your comment fitting in that I assume that is what most SF fans are thinking... I don't know how many of them would actually say it.

It will probably miss it's mark as most of those SF fans for some reason or another disappeared from this thread when the Seahawks beat them in the NFC championship game.

For the first couple years I was here 2011/12/13 there were a lot of SF fans in here who were very boisterous about their team. They all left with the exception of one or two.
