Here's a tip I have seen on a car related tv show and on the internet. I'm not sure how well it works but It's worth a shot.

You will need some 1.) grease or packing grease, some 2.) Duct tape, 3.) black chassis paint, and 4.) jack stands/car lift etc.

Jack the truck up and put the stands under the rear part of the frame so the rear of the car is lifted up, so the leaf springs are not compressed.

Then clean off the leaf springs with water and dry with an old rag. Then you will start to pack the leaf springs with grease on both sides. And then you will need to lightly (not too tight) wrap the leaf springs with the Duct tape.
After that you want to drive around for a week or two on the streets, but don't do any off-roading or go around corners real fast. This will allow the grease to pack itself into the leaf springs.
And finally you want to take off the Duct tape, then wipe off any excess grease. Then spray the leaf springs with the black spray paint, so It's harder for dirt and grime to come back in.

It's worth a shot, but I have not done this so I don't know how good it will work, good luck.

Good posts. Mine just started to squeak but it's covered in mud right now so hopefully washing it will get rid of that annoying sound. I feel like I'm driving around an old chevy when it squeaks like that.
