I noticed my passenger rear shock shaft is getting very small nicks from being sandblasted by grit from the front tire. I can feel several nicks in the surface of the shaft.

Are there any shin guards or other options available to protect the shaft?

I purchased and installed a set of 2.0 rears 3 months ago. They came with boots. Call ICON.

Icon is now shipping boots, of course my order had one of each :( but a second boot is in the mail.

I think there were gen 1 shinguards, I haven't seen them for our trucks. I'd take a set, not sure how that would work on the shock behind the axal though.

Yes, 2.0 boots are listed, but not 2.5 that I can find.

If your boot is for a 2.5, do you mind posting a pic and a part number? Thanks.
