I'm not a fan of the stock rims and would like to throw some black steel D-windows on there. Or something similar. Also I was hoping to have a little wider of a stance just with some more backspacing.

    I have a 2015 TRD OR 4x4 DCSB

The 6 lugs are 6x5.5 correct? I want to use the stock tires since they are brand new and nothing is wrong with them I was thinking of throwing them on a 16'' rim with 3.73 BS.

Someone has to have done this. Any pics or a link to where I can find some.

    Thanks.

I have the BFG Rugged trail tires. And I am only talking an inch or so. And just until these tires get replaced. lol

I'm not talking about widening the rim, just adding more BS to push the tire out an inch more. Not hellaflush at all.

You mean less back space, not more.

Taking light weight aluminum alloy wheels off and replacing them with cheap heavy steel wheels will be a downgrade in terms of durability and performance. At least replace them with black alloys.

I have a stock regular cab five lug...I put some Cragar Black Window D's and it definitely gave me a wider stance than stock with no spacers and stock tires...but that's on a base model though.

Im fine with alloys. Just like the look of the steelies.

I know what I want just had the BS backwards.

TacomaZL, pretty much what I am looking for is the tires to be more even with the fenders, not inside them and not way outside.

Just was hoping others have done this. I guess not.

BlackRock Wheels (Cragar) makes the 909B-Series alloy D-Window. They only do a 17x8 4.5BS though in the 6x5.5.

A wheel with 0 offset that is 8" wide will give a nice stance and not stick out too far.
