    I originally was going to go with an SOS bumper and a winch but I decided that getting the front hitch with a winch is a much more functional and versatile option. This gives me the ability to run a winch in the front or in the back aswell as saving saving a ton of weight on the front of the truck.

    Yea, synthetic rope. I paid around $400 for mine several months ago. Smittbilt XRC 9500 I think.
