    I would love to hear from those who have cured there vibes after installing Dakars, take off shudder or 20-25 mph vibe.
    figured this is a good thread to post both your lift heights and your Vibes and what you did to cure them. I need to get rid of mine. The CB drop spacer isn't enough. I may have to get 2 degree shims because 3 degree shims are too much I think. I tried them and I still had a bad take off shudder.

    I'll have to check my angles and see what they are. Ive checked the 2 shafts and got them really close to the same degree. But i think my problem is from the pinion angle.

    Im surprised how much hight difference these springs have. Ive read a few post where people have removed the top overload and some are at 23.5" and some at 24.5" .. dang a 1" difference is crazy. And yes same truck DCSB.
    I just removed my overload and got my rake down a bit. Now its at 24.25" rear..

    So removed the upper overload on my truck and measured out to be 23.5, this was just after towing a camper trailer and the truck having 2 adults 2 kids 2 dogs and some gear which btw measure 23.5 loaded. I dont know if they'll rebound after driving empty for a while.

    So if I understand it right - to get to about 2 to 2.25 inches of lift (over stock) I would have to remove the top overload, correct? I don't need the full 2.75" - I'm currently run 1.5" lift in the back but my stock springs are throwing in the towel. A .5 or .75" more will give it a 1" rake which would be fine.
