    100% when I stick to the same schedule everything is normal. As soon as I flip my schedule for a weekend I feel like shit all day and eat like once. At this point I have been pretty much just semi staying on my nights schedule just so I feel alright and can eat.

    That's what she said... My girlfriend said that... After we did the ranch 62 trail. The 305 is off walker road, takes you up to bannie mine road, look to the right, and there is walker road again, (trail runs mostly along it) but if you cross the road, you go to the watershed/spruce mountain trail, it will take you to the top of spruce mountain, should come to about 6.5 miles on the 305 one way, then a couple more miles if you cross the road. Keep following the trail uphill for the top of the mountain.
