Installed Cooper At/3's (265/70R16) and ProComp 7089 Rims. Tinted front windows. Did the Fog Light Anytime mod. Did the tailgate mod. Added running boards. Adding sound Deadening from RAAMaudio. Replacing stock speakers with Polk Audio DB6501's.
The mods can add up quickly:

    1. Floor mats and bed liner (from previous Tacoma)
    2. Fog light mod (so other people can see me)
    3. Power outlet for Garmin GPS (at my age I may forget where home is?)
    4. Cooper AT/3's (now it looks like a truck)
    5. Window tint (legal, to get rid of the UV)
    6. ProComp Rims (black) (now people think it's my Son's truck)
    7. Running boards (from grandson's Tacoma) for the Mrs.
    8. Sound Deadening (4 doors and back wall)
    9. Polk Audio DB5601 component speaker system (for me)
    10. Auto dimming mirror with compass and outside temperature. (put back what Toyota left out)

Done (for now) :) (I think, hope?)

Do you mean like vibrators n shit?..

OP get yourself some good tires and maybe upgrade the suspension a bit. I read a suggestion for the Cooper AT3 and have to agree that's a good tire, I personally run the ST MAXX which is another great Cooper tire geared to being more off road capable while retaining good road handling without obnoxious noise level. Also, recovery gear is important. You said you enjoy playing in mud so keep in mind that when you're stuck you need a way out! Give us loads of pictures every time you change something on the truck!:oldglory::burnrubber::cheers::bikewheelie2::drevil::goingcrazy::devil::crapstorm::dancingbacon::laugh::locked::laughing::cookiemonster::thumbsup:

No idea. I put it on for camping and now that my camping season is done it's coming off. My plan is to run a tonneau cover in the winter monte and a canopy in the summer months. I can't imagine it would make much of a difference to your gas mileage since the weight might negate the fuel savings from the added 'aerodynamics' the canopy might give you. Not sure about that info either though since I've only done one camping trip with it on the truck.

Anyone else have any info of this.....

I think when adding a tonneau cover it helps the fuel mileage with highway driving. I have a soft roll up that works great for me. No knee jerk reaction when making the final choice for this add on. There's a lot of choices . Do your homework. Good luck with the new truck.

What brand are you using and do you still have use of the rail system?
