    Put that thing down and get yourself a wet stone and a strop. All carbide sharpeners do is remove too much steel and ruin the edge for future sharpening. Under a scope, the carbide shapeners actually tear the shit out of the cutting edge. Which is why it feels sharp, but doesn't last long.
