I found these guys right after they pulled the first few episodes of the original 1st season off of YouTube, I'm still upset I missed the first 3 or 4 episodes of the original first series lol. I really liked their shorter trips but love their longer expo trips too. This show is a big part of the reason I started leaning a lot more towards an overland rig instead of a crawler. And because of this season my new dream is to build up my truck over the next 5 or 6 years, then take a year off to do a similar trip

I've watched everything so far up to episode 8. A really cool trip but so far it could have been done in a Winnebago with some fannie packs. :sorry:

    Get those beautiful trucks stuck.

Not to keep beating a dead horse, just feeling like a bit of a smart ass today. I will keep watching (should say skipping and skimming) in hopes of some good Toyota wheeling. I am not too interested in the Red Cross First Aid 101 triaging stuff. Might go back and watch some Alaska re-runs to get my fix.

You and me both man! If only I had the time and money...

Same, many people have taken their trucks to new levels because of them and gotten into overlanding as a result.

Great episode. These stories are really inspirational. I even got my girlfriend hooked. Can't wait for the Costa Rica episode, looks like we are in for some serious wheeling.

Heh, yeah. Actually I got lucky and have one like that. She's an RN, currently in school to get her masters and become a PA. She rides a dual sport motorcycle, goes camping with me in a tent with no running water for several days at a time, hiking; and in about 4 hours she and I are leaving on a 2 week - ung - "overland" (I hate saying that word) trip of the western US, sleeping in the back of the Xterra the whole way, doing off roading in Moab and Colorado, hitting a bunch of Nat Parks... and I know she'll do every bit of it without complaining and probably come home to tell me she wants to buy a TRD Pro or something....

My girl just likes anything with Michael Kors on it.

I'd be lucky if Michael Kors makes camping gear...

Yeah my ex thinks camping involves a motorhome with water and a shower built in. Ha-ha. She was against my even buying a truck before we got divorced.

    EPISODE 10: Finding Limits

Watched it last night before bed. Wow, what a mistake! It got me way to excited to just lay in a bed.

The scenery, the offroading, the volcano... I couldn't get enough - I could've watched another 3 hours. The cinematography was gorgeous; the people you met along the way out there... seemed so genuine and natural (great to see them taking back the land). Driving through that jungle terrain at night!

@cruiseroutfit and the guys - Amazing. Great job, perfect episode, spectacular season. I can only hope for more!

Last nights episode was the best one so far. Hope the Tacoma is ok. Mud terrains might have helped when the wheel slipped off the bridge in the mud.
