Do I go for the OME 880 coils to achieve 2" of lift or the 881, someone said I should go for the 880 sense I'm aiming for 2" of lift. I will also be running 5100 shocks

I have 880 on bilstein 5100. I only got about 1.25 in out of them set to 0. I moved them to the 2nd notch and I've got about 2 in. I'm a DC 4wd V6 with no bumper or skids. Not sure about 881. I'd call wheelers off road. They are experts and easy to talk to

I had 881's on 5100s on my 02 xtra cab 4cyl 4x4. Put me right at 2-2.25" of lift and rode pretty nice.

I might get the 881 then. With the extra weight from my V6 and SC it should bring it down a bit.

No problem, that's some money but it will be worth it in the end. I'm going with the somewhat cheap lift until I'm out of college

Old Man Emu has 882's and 883's which would both get you about 3", but the 882's are a little taller than the 883 with a lower spring rate than the 883's but the 883's are shorter with slighty higher spring rate. 882's are recommended if you have skids, bumper, winch, etc. They ride a little tall and stiff without these things. 883's are probably what you would want if you aren't looing to get a bumper, winch, etc.

881 coils are what you want if you dont want a bumper skids ect. Some people ride 883 coils without bumpers and say its okay but a little stiff. I have 883 with a bumper.

Lift has nothing to do with the size tire you can fit. You can fit 33's stock with a little trimming. You'll still have to trim to fit them with a lift.

TacomaTRD22. Yes my truck rides great. I just bought Toytec Eibach 620 lb springs. Haven't got them on yet though. I want 3 in lift and right now I'm at 2 in. If they are to stiff I'm gonna go with 882.

I think I'm going to run 881 on my coils; just 1 piece at a time and when I'm finally ready I will upload pictures :D
