Back from body shop... Does this paint match

If I got my truck back and it had a paint job like that, I'd dispute my deductible payment with my CC company until they repainted the truck.

My response to the agents comments about not making promises would have been something to the effect of I can make a promise, you either fix the truck to a point I am satisfied with or I PROMISE you will never see another cent from me, nor will you ever insure another thing I or my family and friends own in the future....

 

Just my opinion, but you should not be whining to the crowd here. We can't do anything about your complaint and in fact can't really tell if there is an issue due to the problem of trying to ID color shades differences based on pictures which will vary depending on both how they are taken and the color spectrum of the viewer's screen. If you are not happy with the job that was done, put your big boy pants on and go back to the place which did the work . If they tell you to screw off, tell the insurance company, or get your credit card company involved and refuse payment. Crowd sourcing works, crowd sympathy does not!

So I met with the adjuster at the body shop. Both agreed the fender should have been blended with the surrounding panels. She goes back in at the end of the month.
