I hate to agree, in fact, I can't believe I read this whole thread, but a 24 ounce bottle of Pepsi will not fit. Sure there are other options, but c'mon, how hard would that have been?

depends on if i have a passenger

if i didnt have that dang 2nd shifter id have 2 extra up front...but i opted for 4wd instead :D

2 is more than enough for me...because i have a cooler in the back to store extras...if im by myself then one drink and one spit bottle...

    female passenger...one drink each

male passenger...they can hold their own shit

It's ticks me off to no end that the location of the cup holders cause 750ml bottles of Belgium ale to interfere with the 5 speed shifter.

the 08 have great cup holders. they have this center divider that has like swing arms to adjust for your cup.

yeah, i've got the manual so this is your problem:p(auto guys). i do enjoy my 3 cup holders though...... sometimes i use them all.
I start off my 5hr drive with a vitamin water, get lunch and bring the rest of my Dr. pepper back with me, then start to get a bit tired 4 hrs in and pull out the Monster energy:D.

Correct me if I'm wrong :)p), but the "Cup Holder" behind the shifter is where the ash tray goes, if you want one. It's an insert, that's why it's so small.

    I'm here to correct!

At the bottom of the receptacle it says "Cans Only."

Not "Ash trays, but only if you want one...only."

Toyota was very specific with their intentions.

    Just the basics
These cupholders are fine. Have you ever seen the wonderful square cupholders from a 99? Now that was pointless. In 2000 they came out with round ones again with some rubber material which helped hold cups/bottles until the rubber broke and fell out. I know I bought the center console for a 2000 and put it in my 99.

    GET OVER IT!
